Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service to riders for abusive language, intoxicated and/or aggressive behavior or any time a passenger/driver feel unsafe.
All tours/services are paid prior to departure
Refund of public tours (not groups) refund with written contact 24 hours prior Full Refund (no money is refunded under 24 hours or no show day of tour)
Refund of group tours refund with written contact Groups of 10 or less, 7 days prior for full refund. Groups over 10 passengers require 10 days. Non-refundable $100 deposit required for groups of 10 or less. Over 10 passengers require $200 non-refundable
Groups may adjust passenger numbers provided they do not drop below their minimum required and Maximum allowed. Under 10 persons require 7 days prior. Over 10 passengers require 10 days. Each group requests may vary due to high peak seasons etc.
Some tours such as Ebike tours require a waiver to be signed and helmets to be worn
