Cruise Ship Passenger info 2026- Victoria

DIRECTIONS:  Walk to street level, sidewalk.  Once on sidewalk, turn right, just down the street on your left is the Surf Motel, easy 5-minute flat walk.   Please do not inquire at this small Motel for information, they will have none to share.  We will meet you here, street sidewalk.

We have added an evening departure starting June to September for cruise ship guests.

Sunday 5:30pm

Thursday 5:45pm

We will watch ship arrival times and depatures and ensure you're returned to ship on time for embarkment time.  

Tour will head directly to gardens following with city tour portion.  If tour is shortened it will be the city portion.  If ship is really late, we may have to forgo city portion.  

If two ships depart different times no problem, we can easily drop those guests along route during city tour portion of tour.

Tour departures time we will allow a few minutes late at our pickup location based on ship arrival time.  Happy sailing!

We offer a variety of tours however for Cruise ship passengers hopping on shore excursions the only tour we would suggest at this time is our City & Butchart Gardens tour  

 often fallS in line with ship's timeframes. 

Yes, just let us know which hotel you will meet us at.  Our office is the Hotel Grand Pacific ,we always depart here first if that helps you plan. Next door to Government Legislature building.

You MUST let us know where you'll be.

Sure, we're happy to drop you off at the ship after the tour and no pier fees apply.

Our vehicles carry passengers only. We have zero space. Not even foldable walkers and the like. Anything you must bring must be small and carried on your lap.

We love kids. Each person must wear a seat belt even kids. Kids are not allowed on laps, must be belted in. We do not carry car seats.  Best for kids 5+ years.

Bring your West Coast spirit of adventure, we depart rain or shine!  The gardens also has umbrellas stashed through-out the gardens free for all to use.

City tour feel free to ask your driver if you would like to hop out for the perfect picture along route. At the gardens snap away, though selfie sticks are not allowed in the gardens.

We suggest you connect with ship's staff once your cruise is underway to check for last minute changes in arrival times. To cancel before 24 hours please email or text 250-516-6077.  Before 24 hours all monies returned.  Within 24 hours no refund. FIRM
